FO Fitness Boot Camp offers fun and effective workouts that will challenge you beyond your limits, and strengthen your mind and body. We incorporate unique training format that promotes the principles of conditioning: 

  • Muscular Strength 

  • Muscular Endurance 

  • Cardiovascular Strength 

  • Cardiovascular Endurance 

Our  primary objective is to help jump-start your internal motivation and provide you with the tools necessary to keep you striving for a positive change in your performance, body composition, health and lifestyle.

kickboxing

FO Fitness sixty (60) minute kickboxing class is different from anything you have experienced. We combine martial arts techniques such as, Thai kickboxing, conditioning and flexibility training. You jab, cross, hook, and uppercut to tone your arms while developing good techniques, strength and power. We incorporate combinations such as high knees/kicking/squatting to define your glutes, legs and abs. Our cardio conditioning uses medicine balls, plyometrics and more to improve your overall fitness level. No experience required, all you have to do is show up ready to train and we will do the rest.

FO Fitness kickboxing targets all levels and areas of fitness including but not limited to:

  • Agility

  • Balance

  • Cardiovascular Endurance 

  • Cardiovascular Strength 

  • Coordination

  • Flexibility

  • Full Body Strength

  • Mobility
