This is an opportunity to tour our facility and see our culture in action – watch a session, speak to a trainer, talk with clients, and get a feel for the unique training programs FO Fitness has to offer; this will help you decide if FO Fitness is right for you.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved and cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance prior to the start of the scheduled training session time. If a cancellation is not made by a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, you will be charged for the session. If you do not show up for your session, it counts as a session serviced and you will be charged.
