Service Description

Our personal trainers make your life easier by bringing the gym to your home, workplace, or place of choice. Whether you have a dedicated fitness, auditorium, cafeteria, or large meeting room, we will motivate you and your group to become fitter, leaner and healthier.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved and cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance prior to the start of the scheduled training session time. If a cancellation is not made by a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, you will be charged for the session. If you do not show up for your session, it counts as a session serviced and you will be charged.
